OMG man the service is extremely good! They didn’t have a Mexican sundae but the young lady made them as a Mexican Sundae would be made. And so I appreciated it and gave her a $5.00 tip. Yall go here and get that good ice cream and support them 100%.

Roc City Ice Cream is a narrow shop meant to serve folks at a window. There is no interior seating, but there are colorful plastic chairs set up on a covered porch. The place was super busy when we arrived - about 7:30 pm on a weekday! The ice cream was delicious Hershey's (Thanks for the correction Roc City!) specialty flavors, and there was a large variety. There are different types of cones and toppings available. The cone pricing was weird, though - it looked like there was a price added on for all cones, not just cones beyond the standard cone. Roc City has some tempting ice cream creations that looked very interesting to try, but the $15+ price tag turned me off from trying them. They do offer milk shakes and banana splits. The staff was decently friendly and helpful when I asked about the pricing on their specials, but they got my order wrong in the end. I ordered a kiddie sugar cone but ended up with a waffle cone that may have been a single. I did not ask for the receipt because I wasn't expecting to need it, so I am not sure which they charged me for. The pricing was less expensive than Abbotts, and a wider variety of flavors. The interesting creations set it apart from another local shop, Front Door, but the dining experience is different.

The speciality strawberry shortcake sundae and milkshake were very enjoyable. The ice cream was good and the toppings were very fresh. The portion sizes were very large, enough to share. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait. You could tell they were making the orders with care so it was worth it. The space outside is very limited as it is a small shop. The sign was easy to miss in the dark. We would come back again.

Overall really nice place. It is tiny, and easy to miss, but the ice cream selection is great! Location does make it a bit uncomfortable for associating as thee isn’t much room outside of the front of the store and the parking lot. The ice cream we has was also rather soft, but that may have just been the flavors we picked. My friends loved their shakes. Keep in mind, this is Hershey’s ice cream, not homemade, but they never claimed to be homemade. My friends and I will be visiting again.

A must for chocolate lovers. The flavor is rich so satisfying. I drank some soda before trying and it still blew me away that I could taste not only sweet but actual chocolate flavor. Kind of a low key spot. The worms in dirt is good.

Very professional staff. Watched them keep their cool when a Karen tried to return melted ice cream (while her dog was melting in the car). 10/10 customer service.

Decent service. Very good ice cream and variety. Some outside seating. Wasn't busy at all but it seemed like they should be. Maybe a newer establishment?
